This revision challenges the order of learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai passed in M.P.No.425 of 2016 on 27.06.2016.

2. Petitioner moved M.P.No.425 of 2016 before learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai seeking relief under section 457 Cr.P.C. Owing to continuing absence of petitioner, such petition has been dismissed under the impugned order.

3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may be given one opportunity to raise contentions on merits.

4. The Criminal Revision Petition shall stand allowed. The order of learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
