Despite several opportunities granted to the respondents for filing counter affidavit, till date no counter has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3.The application seeking amendment of the prayer by substituting schedule D with schedule C in the declaratory prayer for declaration of Sale Deed being void and not binding on the 1st defendant/Trust and to consequently direct the defendants 8, 13 to 16 jointly and severally to restore the property to the 1st defendant/Trust.

4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons therein. The application is ordered. Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed on or before 12.08.2024.
