2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.1242 of 2015, before the respondent.
