Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct counselling as per revised result data dated 12.03.2022 announced by the Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India and National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, New Delhi and direct the 3rd respondent to call for the petitioner for counselling for admission to post graduate Degree in Government Medical College or Self-Financing Medical Colleges who obtained eligible cut off marks i.e. 243 under OBC/SC/ST category.
