ORDER
The petitioner was employed as Computer Instructor. Regular recruitment took place and the petitioner participated therein, but, he was not successful. In fact, the matter is covered by the judgment of the Apex Court in C.A.No.3342 of 2014 dated 7.3.2014, wherein it is held that persons who do not get the required marks for getting selected cannot seek selection and appointment. Hence, I do not find any merit in the writ petition in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in C.A.No.3342 of 2014 dated 7.3.2014. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
