Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to include the petitioner's name in the pension proposal of her husband late G.Sriramulu, Retd.Gang Mazdoor, pension payment order PA III/IV/185-87 and consequently direct the third respondent to pay family pension arrears to the petitioner from the date of death of her husband up to date and continue to pay family pension every month till her life time.
