ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32229 of 2014 has not been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Inasmuch as the stand of the Government is that the land in question is a patta land, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps to prove that the land belongs to Government.
