By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The deponent of the affidavit is the Executive Officer of the temple which comes under the control of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department and the said temple owns the following extent of lands:- Sl.No.

As there was no response to the said representation, the petitioner sent another letter dated 27.10.2014 to the 2nd respondent. The petitioner, later on came to know on enquiry that there were fraudulent entries in the revenue records in respect of the lands owned by the temple. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 04.06.
2015 to the 2nd respondent praying for conducting appropriate enquiry and issuance of patta in respect of the above said lands. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.
2015 after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
