This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the petitioner's son has eloped with a minor girl. In connection with which, a case in Crime No.377 of 2014 has been registered by the police against the petitioner's son. Thereafter, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 15.07.2015 as a counter blast.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the police as prayed for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
