ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation on 16.3.2020, inter alia, alleging that the proposed TASMAC shop to be opened at No.7/503 Velachery Main Road Vijayanagaram, Medavakkam, Chennai - 600 100 is situated within 100 meters from the temple. As there is no action forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2020, we call upon the first respondent to look into the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
