ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for rectification / correction of the error that had crept in during the UDR scheme with respect to the subject property and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.

Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction

to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
