ORDER

This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as proposed 3rd respondent in the above Crl.O.P.No.4278 of 2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4278 of 2026 has strongly objected to this impleading petition stating that the petitioner herein is A1 in Crime No.335 of 2016 and the defacto complainant / petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4278 of 2026 had lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein for demolition of the compound wall and causing damage. Hence, the accused has no say in the petition filed by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 2 & 3 submitted that in this case status report has been filed and from the status report, it is seen that the compound wall which has been demolished is within the property of A1 / the impleading petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this petition is ordered. 29-04-2026 (1/2) Krk NOTE: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.4278 of 2026.
