Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to recall his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1447 A2/2014 dated 21.04.2014 in view of the compromise decree in OS.No.33/2014 dated 29.01.2015 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2014.

ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner Union claims to be registered under the Trade Union Act,1 926 bearing Registration No.111 and at present, there are 2004 members in the said Union and they are the employees fo the Textile Units in Coimbatore District and also the Units situated in other places in Tamil Nadu. It is further stated that the members of the Union have decided to start an Educational Institution in the name and style of "Thiyagi N.G.Ramasamy Memorial School" at Coimbatore and they have contributed their wages as corpus fund to commence the said school and also formed a Trust on 12.07.1957. Necessary permission was also accorded by the Director of Public Instruction, Chennai, vide proceedings dated 16.06.1959 and recognition was also granted to run the said institution. further submitted by the petitioner that some difference of opinion arose in the Management of the school and therefore, the 1st respondent, vide proceedings daetd 21.04.2015 has ordered for direct payment of grants and subsequently, a compromise came to be in the form of an Agreement dated 15.09.2014 and the same was incorporated in the Compromise Decree dated 29.01.2015 in OS.No.33/2014 on the file of the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner, in pursuant to the compromise, submitted a representation dated 26.09.2014 to the respondents to act accordingly and since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2014 in accordance with law and pass orders within period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
