Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5397 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2508 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5397 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2508 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 29.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 22.02.2021 in Crl.OP.No.2508 of 2021 stand unaltered.
