SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, by order dated 29.04.2016, this Court granted an order of status quo for a period of eight weeks Subsequently, by order dated 20.07.2016, the said interim order was extended by further period of four weeks. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
