This petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.263 of 2023.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for compliance.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 3rd petitioner is a cancer patient and therefore, he is unable to comply with the directions of this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the health condition of the 3rd petitioner, time is extended by four weeks insofar as 3rd petitioner is concerned and in respect of other petitioners, time is extended by two weeks.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered.
