2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested in connection with another case and is currently in judicial custody, the present anticipatory bail petition is rendered infructuous and is a mere formality. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infurctuous.
