Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 12.04.2019, filed under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass - Book Act, 1986, within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, wherein these petitioners had prayed to set aside the order of the 2nd Respondent/RDO, Tiruppur, who vide his proceeding Na.Ka.3372/2016/A2, dated 18.02.2019, had removed the name of these petitioners from the Joint Patta i.e., Patta No.1290 for the lands situated in survey No.273 at Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District.
