ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order of status quo with respect to altering the service conditions, has not been complied with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the orders of transfer are being passed and second appraiser has been appointed.
3.This Court is of the view that this action would not amount to wilful disobedience. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the aforesaid decision, they can challenge it by way of separate proceedings. Suffice to state that this Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
