The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.5582 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026 passed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The only allegation raised by the petitioner for cancellation of bail is that the accused had influenced the de facto complainant. However, there are no materials available on record to substantiate the said allegation.

4. It is a well-settled principle of law that cancellation of bail cannot be ordered merely on the basis of apprehensions. The grounds warranting cancellation must be clearly established before the Court. In the present case, no material has been placed before this Court to substantiate the contention of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the present petition.

5. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 04.06.2026 kv 2/4
