Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.03.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.3249 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.03.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.3249 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instruction submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with by the petitioner. It was further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed.

3.
