(CRIME NO.8 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M until further order imposed in the above Crl.M.P.No.6727 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13889 of 2020 dated 06/11/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 06.11.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6727 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13889 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 06.11.2020 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.13889 of 2020 stand unaltered.
