Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent for misusing of his official position and harassing the petitioner in connection with the civil dispute and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent for misusing his official position and harassing the petitioner in connection with the civil dispute and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is some civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party named Hasarudeen and that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the parties and ultimately, the counter party gave an undertaking on 04.04.2022 that he will not interfere with the property and that he will workout his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court. The said undertaking was also produced before this Court.

3.In view of the specific undertaking given before the 2nd respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
