2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 21.08.2015.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
