ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b),324, 326 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.219 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant's son with deadly weapons, in which the defacto complainant's son lost his thumb finger and also suffered severe injuries. Hence, the complaint was registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he sought for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused person waylaid the defacto complainant's son and assaulted him with deadly weapons, in which the defacto complainant's son lost his thumb finger and also suffered severe injuries. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner has nine previous cases similar in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nature. He further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application and the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7956 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2021. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the heinous nature of offence and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has involved in nine previous case and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
