Crl.M.P.No.6233 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9365 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.829 of dated 31.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
