Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.not known of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.772 of 2016.

3. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded and the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructous.
