2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he is the absolute owner of the property measuring an extent of 2 Acres comprised in Punjai S.No.211/3A2, 3A2C situated at Paramanthal Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. Earlier, he has made an application to the 1st respondent Tahsildar to measure the property on 02.02.2021 and he has also paid necessary fees for the same. But, so far, his application was not considered and no action has been taken on it. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
