This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.7215 of 2024 on 25.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) to the District Revenue Officer, Vellore District. Two weeks time is granted for deposit the said amount from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remain unaltered.
