J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is not having any instructions from the appellant. In this regard, he also sent a notice to the appellant through registered post. Inspite of the same the appellant did not turn up. Today, also the learned counsel submitted that he has no instructions and produced a copy of the notice sent to the appellant and the returned cover stating that 'no such person'. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
