O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.354 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

2.Though this petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the investigation is already over and final report has also been filed and it is yet to be taken on file by the concerned Court.

3.As the final report had already been filed, quashing the F.I.R does not arise at all. Therefore, the trial Court shall take the final report on file as per the law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
