The petitioner herein seeks police protection to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her property within a specific time period.

The petitioner seeks protection alleging that the private respondent is none other than the wife of the petitioner's brother and had trespassed into her portion and damaged CCDTV camera.

This Court is of the opinion that the police protection in the matter of this nature cannot be provided but the police has to look into the complaint for damage of the property and take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
