This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.562 of 2015 from the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID, CCB or any other wing in order to conduct proper investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have registered a case in Crime No.566 of 2015 and that they have also secured the victim. The victim is not a minor and 31 years old lady and she has stated that she has voluntarily gone somewhere else and returned on her own.

4. In view of the above, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation and this petition is closed.
