This petition has been filed to cancel the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1616 of 2021, on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam dated 26.05.2021.
2. The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant and it is the case of the petitioner that without hearing the defacto complainant, the learned Judge, Nagapattinam, granted anticipatory bail in favour of the respondents in Crl.M.P.No.1616 of 2021, dated 26.05.2021. Challenging the same, the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 are surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai, on 02.08.2021.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the fact submitted by the learned Government Advocate.
5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
