Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from in any manner resorting to erection of the new Bus Shelter in front of the petitioner's non-residential premise situated at No.68/89, Sir Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17 by taking in consideration the objections made through representation dated 01.09.2014 followed by further representation dated 16.09.2014 relating to location of 3rd Bus Shelter.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from erecting new Bus Shelter in front of his non-residential premises situated at No.68/89, Sir Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that there is no proposal to erect new Bus Shelter in front of the non-residential premises of the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
