2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2016 has been disposed of on 18.12.2019, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged is not termed as willful in nature.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 18.12.2019, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
