ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 287, 338 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.523 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate reported that the offences are bailable in nature.
3. Considering the fact that the offences are bailable in nature and hence, anticipatory bail does not arise. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
