When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e on 25.01.2021), none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Though M/s.Dass and Viswa Associates, who filed vakalat on behalf of the petitioner entered appearance for the 24th item in today's list before this Court, however the learned counsel failed to represented the present case which is listed as 26th item. This shows that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
