ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2020 for the offences under Sections 341, 393, 394, 397, 506(ii) r/w 34 of IPC in Cr.No.802 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner filed bail petition before the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai suppressing the fact that this Court already dismissed his bail petitions on several occasions, and he was released on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
