The learned counsel for the petitioner has consistently been absent from 13.09.2004. I have given four opportunities for the petitioner to be present.
2. The learned counsel, Ms.Samantha, would submit that on account of the pendency of the present transfer petition, the husband is not in a position to enforce the order of visitation that he has secured before the Family Court at Chennai.
3. Hence, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. It is open to the husband to enforce the order that he has secured before the Family Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
