This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4739 of 2024 order dated 04.03.2024 para 9(b) "the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, daily at 10.00 a.m. unitl further orders and on every hearing dates without fail".

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. In this case final report is filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
