ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation without adopting the procedure laid down by law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by respondents 2 & 3 against the petitioners, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.120 of 2026 and the same was closed on 17.03.2026.
