..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 and 26.06.2015 against the illegal and backdoor appointment in the 4th respondent Board made by the 5th and 6th respondents in accordance with law, including appropriate criminal action and consequently direct providing of employment only by way of merit.

(Judgment of Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks to withdraw the writ petition as in terms of the resolution of the Government, the mode of employment is through outsourcing. Thus, there could not be any violation of the court direction, if the mode is followed. The learned counsel also made an endorsement.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed with the aforesaid observations. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous is closed.
