Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to recover and pay petitioner all PF DUES with 18% interest and to take appropriate action for cancellation of the order of Exemption for violating the terms and conditions mentioned in Sec.17 of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and punish the 3rd and 4th respondent Trustees as per the Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition since the 4th respondent had paid a sum of Rs.4,95,377/-. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to get further sum of Rs.20,000/-, for which, the learned counsel sought liberty to claim the amount from the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to claim the said amount, if it is found to be due and payable by the fourth respondent. No costs.
