When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.06.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 03.07.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today also i.e on 03.07.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the contempt petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.985 of 2018 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
