The writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to change the patta by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2018.

2. Heard, Mr.D.Muthuselvam, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed application for change of patta in pursuant to various sale deeds. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the counter parties, if any, and conduct enquiry on the application submitted by the petitioner after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
