O R D E R
The petitioner is placed under suspension, by an order of the respondent, dated 16.04.2015.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation to the respondent, to revoke the order of suspension, and a necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the same.
3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the respondent, regarding the revocation of suspension, and, on receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
