ORDER

The Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order of maintenance passed by the Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Ambur, to pay maintenance to the tune of Rs.1,000/- to the wife and Rs.750/- for two children. Though, the above order has been passed in the year 2010 itself, till date no interest was shown by the revision petitioner to prosecute the Criminal Revision.

2.Today also there is no representation on the side of the Revision Petitioner. This court perused the order of the Trial Court. The Trial Court after taking into consideration the contention on both sides and after thoroughly analysing the matter, awarded maintenance. The above order does not suffer from any infirmity or illegality.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
