(CR.NO.1/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/Accused in Crl.M.P.no. 4814 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5209 of 2021 dated on 17/04/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocaate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 17.04.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, once in 15 days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 17.04.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
