The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the election and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the election conducted in the fourth respondent society, if so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
